This delicious treat is made by delicately roasting organic California almonds. Using traditional coating pans, Dick Taylor slowly build layer upon layer of their 65% Belize dark chocolate.
By using some of the best cacao in the world, Dick Taylor is able to eliminate the use of fillers in their chocolate (like cocoa butter, soy lecithin or vanilla), which lets the true flavors of the cacao shine through.
Using the finest cacao and traditional european techniques, all of the chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in a small factory in northern california.
